The drip tray on the espresso machine has always given me trouble. The tray it came with was a piece of junk, so I've built two of my own. The last one worked fine, but unfortunately utilized a funnel from my sausage stuffer. The last time I made sausage I had to disassemble the tray and since then have been unable to make espresso. Today I corrected that. The lower black box I bought a few days ago but because it's designed for a different machine I needed to add the top unit. This is a sheared down bread pan with a hole drilled in it, held in place with some copper left over from the gutters.
Now I need to learn how to make those milky pinecones! I'll buy two gallons of milk and some cheap beans and just plug away until I get it.
