I'm very lucky in that the only farmers market currently ongoing now is just down the street from me. It's very small. There's a baker, a dried mushroom guy, a chocolate truffle guy, a chocolate hemp milk guy, and my favorite, the guy who runs Osmo Gaia farm. This is generally what he had: turnips, baby chard, bok choy, orach (wild spinach). For the greens I made a hot dressing with vegetable oil, coriander seed, and red wine.
