Jen sent me an email yesterday about a Madhur Jaffrey recipe she's excited about. It's a chickpea crepe which is then roasted under a broiler. One version has thyme and sage on top; another has rosemary, tomatoes, onion, parmesan, and pepper. She wants me to come up with some variations on the theme.
I lived with a guy who for lunch would make a green lentil and cilantro dish that was really good. Maybe some mustard greens or braised kale would go well with all this?
