"Lounge & Safe Haven"
I passed by this cart a few weeks ago downtown. I think there should be more businesses run out of carts. Jen has the idea of a grocery store/drygoods shop run out of a cart where you ask for x pounds of flour and y pounds of rice and a clerk weighs and packages the items for you. Also cool would be a sort of taxi/bus cart which drives you around town while serving up beer and oysters.
Apparently food carts are uniquely American. The French see them as "tres Brooklyn". Several people have emailed me this NY Times article about Parisian food carts run by Americans.
