Went out with some friends for brunch to the Din Din supper club. It was 3 courses, each matched with a revivalist cocktail, mixed by the front of the house guy at House Spirits.
- Cream, egg white, gin, and countreu with salmon mousse and balsamic on crostini.
- Coffee liquor with some vermouth like thing, which wasn't very good, nor did it go with the course, but it reminded me of this property of water. This came with french toast, crab, and a saffron cream sauce.
- Ravioli with egg yolk and mushrooms, a mustard hollandaise, braised kale and ham. Quite stunning.
- Quince sorbet and hazelnut cracker with a very tart fruit based cocktail.
